His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Mohammed bin Saad Al Saud, Governor of Al-Kharj, sponsored the inauguration ceremony of the one-day operations center in the Taawon Medical Complex, on Monday, 28th of Rabi’ al-Awwal, 1446 AH. This project comes as part of the ongoing efforts to develop healthcare services in the governorate and strengthen the role of the private sector in providing healthcare.

The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by a speech delivered by Mr. Raed bin Nasser Al-Obaid, Chairman of the Board of Taawon Medical Complex. During his speech, he expressed his deep gratitude to His Highness the Governor of Al-Kharj for his continued support for the healthcare sector in the governorate. He also highlighted that the new center would mark a significant step in providing specialized healthcare services, and emphasized the importance of the private sector’s role in enhancing healthcare services in line with the Kingdom’s vision to develop healthcare infrastructure.

Inauguration of the Center and Tour

After the speech, His Highness Prince Fahd inaugurated the one-day operations center, which offers a variety of medical services across different specialties and serves all age groups. During his visit, His Highness toured the center and reviewed the modern medical equipment and services provided. He expressed his admiration for the developments at the center and emphasized the need to continue enhancing healthcare services and providing the latest medical technologies to meet the needs of citizens.

During his visit, His Highness met with several doctors and staff members at the center. He expressed his pride in the tremendous efforts they are making in serving the country and the community. His Highness also stressed the importance of developing national cadres in the healthcare sector through ongoing training and qualification programs.
